Legendy Nebes Postponed Until 2025

The organizers of Legendy Nebes have recently announced that the event, which was originally scheduled to take place on August 2nd and 3rd, 2024, at the Hradec Králové Airport, has been postponed until 2025. The decision to postpone the event was made due to several reasons and circumstances that the organizers have highlighted.

In the fall of 2023, the organizers of Legendy Nebes were informed about an unspecified event that was going to take place just before theirs. However, due to confidentiality reasons, they were not given any specific details about the event at that time. The details were only released at the beginning of the calendar year when the organizers of the other event revealed their plans. After the details were released, the organizers of the other event decided to add a second concert date that was even closer to the Legendy Nebes event.

Since both events were going to use the same spaces, the organizers of Legendy Nebes immediately contacted the other organizers to avoid any possible clashes. They also communicated with the city representatives and expressed their concerns about the situation.

After several joint negotiations and consideration of the risks associated with force majeure, especially the unpredictable weather, the organizers of Legendy Nebes decided that they could not commit to the professional organization of their event. They were concerned that if adverse weather conditions repeated themselves during the event, they might not have enough time to put the area for visitors in a condition that would qualitatively correspond to their ideas and meet the high-security requirements for the event.

Moreover, they were concerned that due to the unpredictable nature of force majeure, they might have to cancel the event at the last minute, which would pose a security threat to exhibitors and visitors. Therefore, they decided to postpone the event to 2025 to ensure that they would have plenty of time to organize the event in a safe and secure manner.

The organizers of Legendy Nebes have emphasized that they are committed to organizing a quality event that meets all safety standards and provides an unforgettable experience for visitors. They have also expressed their regret for any inconvenience caused by the postponement of the event and have assured their fans that they will do their best to ensure that the event is worth the wait.

Dear partners, visitors, performers, suppliers, we would like to inform you with regret that after a thorough evaluation of the difficult situation that has developed around the date of the LEGEND OF THE SKY event in the past months and not finding another suitable date in this calendar year, we are forced to proceed with the postponement events for 2025.

The reasons and circumstances that led us to the above-mentioned decision are as follows.

In the fall of 2023, we learned about an unspecified event, which should immediately precede ours. Specific details were not immediately provided to us, for reasons of confidentiality by which the event was bound. The details were published at the beginning of the calendar year. After a huge wave of interest, the organizers of the event (mega concert) subsequently added the date of the second concert, which was even closer to our event and the preparations associated with it. Due to the use of the same spaces, we immediately made an effort to negotiate with the organizers to avoid possible clashes. We also entered into communication with the city, to whose representatives we openly communicated our concerns.

After several joint negotiations and subsequent consideration of all possible risks that may arise as a result of events caused by force majeure, especially the rain that made it difficult for us to return the area to a usable state during the last edition of LEGENDA NEBES, we came to the opinion that if adverse weather situation repeats itself in the case of such a large concert, its organizers may find themselves in the same situation and we therefore cannot commit ourselves to the professional organization of our event. Due to the proximity of the dates of both events, we have reasonable concerns that we would not have enough time to put the area for visitors in a condition that would qualitatively correspond to our ideas and meet the high security requirements for holding our event. The risks associated with force majeure are great, completely unpredictable and could, despite the involvement of all the forces of the LEGENDS OF THE SKY event organizers, cause a security threat to our exhibitors and subsequently also visitors, thus the immediate and sudden cancellation of the event just before it takes place.

We therefore decided to prevent all these possible inconveniences and postpone the event to 2025 well in advance, we will inform you in time about the exact date of the LEGENDS OF THE SKY event.

Purchased tickets remain valid and you can keep them until next year. You will receive information about a possible refund (it will of course be possible) by May 15, 2024 to the email address provided when purchasing the ticket.

The event organizers have made an announcement regarding the purchased tickets for the upcoming event. If you have already purchased your ticket, you can rest assured that your ticket will remain valid for next year's event. You don't need to take any action; just hold onto your current ticket and use it for the rescheduled event.

However, if you are unable to attend the rescheduled event or would prefer a refund, it will be possible to obtain one. The organizers will send information about the refund process to the email address provided at the time of purchase. You can expect to receive this information by May 15, 2024.
