Royal Air Force: 2025 Typhoon Display Season
The Royal Air Force’s frontline prowess will once again be showcased by the formidable Eurofighter Typhoon FGR4 throughout the 2025 Display Season. Leading the charge this year is Squadron Leader Nathan Shawyer, who steps into the spotlight as the 2025 display pilot. Nathan will pilot the Typhoon across a thrilling lineup of events in the UK and Europe this summer. Notably, he holds the distinction of being the final RAF pilot trained for Tornado jet operations before transitioning to the Typhoon force following the Tornado fleet’s retirement. This year marks a milestone for the RAF Typhoon Display Team as it celebrates its 20th season. Since its debut in 2005, the team has been a steadfast presence on the air display circuit—save for a brief hiatus—captivating audiences across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Canada with breathtaking performances.
