BELGIAN AIR FORCE END OF SEASON AIRSHOW
On Wednesday the 20th of October 2021 the Belgian Air Force will host the “End of season Air Show” at the Florennes Air Base where the general public will have the chance to say goodbye to senior captain aviator Stefan "Vador" Darte who will stand down as the Belgian F-16 Solo Display pilot after this event.
Besides the F-16 the spectators will also be able to see the dynamic demonstrations by the A109 display team, the Red Devils as well as the historic T-6 Texan and the Supermarine Spitfire.
The gates to the event will open at 2 pm with the start of the flying displays planned for 4 pm and finishing at around 5 pm. After the air displays, the audience will have the chance to meet and greet with the pilots as well as the ground crew and enjoy the ground entertainment and food trucks.
The tickets for the end of season Air Show can be bought here and cost €12 (Children under the age of 18 go in free). In case of bad October weather which might prevent the flying displays from happening a refund will be offered to everyone.
